Detailed planning and investment information that has attracted new businesses. These are among the many public services that municipalities are now able to offer their citizens. This short publication captures some of these success-stories that have become a reality thanks to the Inter Municipal Cooperation Programme, implemented by UNDP and the Ministry of Local Self Government, with the generous support of the Government of Norway.
